There are a lot of IT service companies out there and the fact that you call and trust us with your business critical systems means a great deal to us. <br />I also want to thank all of you that have referred our services to friends and colleagues. While we experimented with several forms of advertising last year, the vast majority of our new clients came to us from referrals. What leaves me feeling especially proud-and humbled-is that so many IBT clients believe strongly enough in the benefits of our services that they feel compelled to tell their friends, family members and work colleagues about the services we offer. <br />A referral from an existing client is just about the biggest compliment I can ever hope to receive, because it is earned through doing a good job. I really enjoy meeting with people who have been referred to me by my existing clients, even if it is just to provide a free second opinion on their existing network design and services. <br />Thank you all for the trust and faith you have shown us and please keep those referrals coming in. We’ll continue to do all we can to keep your trust and earn your loyalty.
